At Ivey Abitz, we wear hats whenever we head out the door. Now, we are thrilled to share our new Ivey Abitz hats with all of you. 20 years in the making!
- Hapgood is a nod to one of our favourite Stephen Sondheim musicals, “Anyone Can Whistle,” an absurd satire showing the difference between following the crowd and being free. The hat embraces the latter, giving you the freedom to wear the Hapgood in several different ways.
- The hat has several looks in one hat, just by turning it on your head. Several layers make up the brim, finished with points and curves, creating depth and texture that is unconventional and so much fun to wear. NEW THIS SEASON! We have added encased wire at the edges of the brim so you have even more control shaping and curling the brim to your liking.
- The Hapgood is available in one size with an interior circumference of approximately 22 inches. The inside is finished with a soft elastic band that keeps the hat in place and allows a bit of give. If you need a hat that is smaller or larger, please contact us for additional bespoke tailoring.
- This original Ivey Abitz design is made just for you in New York.
- The Harbourhill Hatpin gives you even more options for looks by pinning up a brim in just the right place for a certain look you’d like. The hatpin is available separately.
- Ideal traveling hat. Simply pack it flat or roll it up and take it with you wherever you go!
