Purchase Terms

Please pay in full with your Ivey Abitz order. Bespoke orders enter production when payment clears. New York residents will be charged state sales tax. Customers outside of New York are responsible for any taxes, customs, or duties due in their locale. Your payment data is handled by PayPal or Stripe and is never stored on IveyAbitz.com. When you choose to store your payment data for future purposes, that data is stored securely on PCI compliant servers at PayPal or Stripe. We do not have access to your payment data.

Production Time

Bespoke garments begin as ideas and blossom into the reality of your wardrobe. Such an endeavour toward Beauty requires talent, skill, and time. Garments are usually delivered 4 to 6 weeks after payment for your order, but can take longer depending on our production schedule. Please feel free to inquire about your order at any time.

Orders are processed on a first come first served basis.

While we are working on your order, its status will be listed in your account as “Processing.” If you have an account with us, you can view your orders, check status, and download invoices at your account page.

Return Policy

Bespoke garments are not returnable, but IA101 is returnable within 5 days of delivery for a fee as described below.

Bespoke and Sample Sale Garments

Due to the custom nature of bespoke clothing, all custom orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and are provided without warranty or promise of fitness for a particular purpose. Sample sale items are non-refundable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable.

IA101 Essentials Ready to Wear

Ready to Wear garments may be returned unworn for a full refund less shipping and 15% restocking fee within 5 days of delivery. Customer agrees to contact Ivey Abitz to request a return authorization and a shipping label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. Purchase amount will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of returned garment. If garment is returned damaged or worn, the return will be canceled and the garment returned to the customer without refund.

Customer Satisfaction Policy

We want you to be smitten with your purchase. To that end, we will serve your needs to the extent that we are able, including assistance before ordering and advice after delivery. Once delivered, customer bears responsibility for garments including alteration, repair, laundering, whether or not advice was given or followed.
