- The bottom hem owns an unexpected twist with every pun intended: bendable encased wires are sewn into the hem to create a whimsical – and multifaceted – design element. The wire can be easily shaped to have a wavy bottom hem, or it can be twisted to create rosettes.
- The pleated detail found on all of the Mathilda designs is so elegantly echoed long the bottom hem of the frock.
