Hudson River Floral Silk Chiffon

This floral silk chiffon is an homage to the Hudson River and all the life and energy that comes from it. A mix of blue hues share the weave alongside hints of greens and muted burgundy. One edge of the silk has an incredible flora design that dances up to the light blue background. This edge is featured along the bottom hem of our layering frocks. Please note that this weave is only available for a selection of layering frocks, sashes, and shirts.

This silk chiffon does not have a crinkled effect like some of our other chiffons do, so it does not have a give in the weave. We recommend ordering your normal IA size. Order a size up for a truly ethereal, roomier, and relaxed drape.

100 percent silk, woven in Italy. All season weave.

Care

Simply hand wash or put through machine delicate cycle in cold water with a plant based detergent. We suggest using a natural fabric softener to maintain the softness we have washed into it. Tumble dry on extra-low heat with our artisan wool dryer balls (just a few minutes is needed) to keep the relaxed effect that is featured in the Look Book. You can easily change the drape and fit by spritzing the weave with water and reshaping the silk chiffon. It is very forgiving and wonderful.
