Fabric Description

Description

Muted red and soft whites mixed together have a bold presence without completely taking over the body. That is why we are so smitten with this yarn dyed weave. The two hues are cross woven together to create texture and depth. We have put it through an additional washing process to enhance the softness. It is ideal for layering frocks, shirts, lightweight trousers, sashes, and a selection of our duster coats.Opaque and breathable, it is a good choice for layering in cooler seasons or on its own in warmer temperatures for the hottest summer days. It is thicker than a handkerchief linen and less voluminous than our wondrous washed linens.

Content

Linen with a hint of cotton, woven in Europe. All season weave.

Care

Simply hand wash or put through machine delicate cycle in cold water with a plant based detergent. We suggest using a natural fabric softener to maintain the softness we have washed into it. Tumble dry on extra-low heat with our artisan wool dryer balls to keep the relaxed effect that is featured in the Look Book. If you are the least bit concerned about any fabric weight or hue, order the fabric swatch portfolio so you can have them in hand whilst you decide. They will answer all of your questions!
