Description
The new Floravinea Frock is a one-of-a-kind sculptural piece that is comfortable and glorious to wear.
Ivey Abitz is a mainly a collection of everyday garments. The Floravinea, however, has been set aside for special occasion celebrations. It takes days to create each frock, and a limited amount of Floravinea Frocks will be made.
The Floravinea Frock features embellishments, all created by hand in various natural weaves, along the bottom hem. The fabric emulates an arbor vine mixed in with a floral bouquet, twisting and springing out from the frock that acts as a base for the sculpture.
A mix of hues and rare weaves, contrasting and complementing the main part of the frock, all add to the sculptural depth and texture of the Floravinea.
Pockets at the side seam are purposely placed for keeping essential items at hand.
Bendable wire is encased in the bottom hem to give the skirting more structure. It also allows the sculptural detail of the Floravinea to be fully displayed and appreciated in 360 degrees.
