Description
If you know anything about Ivey Abitz, you know that we love layering with rare voiles. This one is at the top of the charts for our most unusual voiles. It has a silky and smooth base that gives way to tiny raised stripes. The mix of natural, burgundy, and black complement our Brooklyn, Apple, and Mansard Roof palettes splendidly. As with all of our cotton voiles, it is semi-transparent (though more opaque than our all cotton voiles), lightweight, and ethereal. Wear on its own (with a lightweight Cilla Slip Frock) in the summer or layer with thicker woolens during autumn, winter, and spring. It is very sturdy, considering it is an exceptionally lightweight weave.
Content
A mix of cotton, viscose, and silk, woven in Italy. All season weave.
Care
Simply hand wash or put through machine delicate cycle in cold water with a plant based detergent. We suggest using a natural fabric softener to maintain the softness we have washed into it. Tumble dry on extra-low heat with our artisan wool dryer balls (just a few minutes is needed) to keep the relaxed effect that is featured in the Look Book. You can easily change the drape and fit by spritzing the weave with water and reshaping the silk chiffon. It is very forgiving and wonderful.
