Willow Sash
Designed to be worn with the Willow Frock if accentuating the waistline is desired. Can also be worn around the neck as a scarf, or woven through the tabs of the Eloise Frock. 100 inches long, 5 inches wide at one end, and 3 inches wide at the center.
