Celia Frock
Cynthia's grandmother, Celia Ivey, encouraged her to be a dreamer. The Celia designs are in honour of such encouragement in life.
- The Celia Frock can be worn untied or tied, depending on your frame and desired look.
- Raw edges on neckline and bottom hem create a strong juxtaposition against the elegant gathers. These gathers represent the waves of the lake where Celia spent her happiest days.
- Unique pintuck groupings are on the front and back of the frock, located near the bottom right hem. The pintucks are made by hand on fabrics like smooth linens and cotton broadcloths. In certain fabrics, like heavily embroidered fabrics, the pintucks are omitted.
- A mix of vintage reproduction, authentic antique buttons, or handmade fabric covered buttons are carefully selected for each Celia Frock. Buttons will vary based on your choice of fabric.
