Winsomely clever, the Chrysanthemum Skirt has the hidden powers of bendable wire in the side seams. The result is a skirt that gives infinite design possibilities, as well as lengths, with a simple twist and turn of the bottom hem and cuffs. A new design that is sure to become a perennial favourite.
